Refund Eligibility
PremLogin accepts refund requests under reasonable circumstances. You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Within 24 hours of purchase:
If you submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase, we will process it. Please note that a refund processing fee will be deducted to cover bank charges.
(Some products do not support refunds within 24 hours of purchase. Check the pre-purchase notes on the product page before you buy โ for example, Gemini, YouTube Premium, and Downie 4 are non-refundable once delivered.)
- Duplicate payment:
If the same order is charged more than once, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
- Subscription not received:
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your subscription within the agreed time, you may request a refund.
- Technical issues:
If your subscription has an unresolvable technical issue that prevents normal use, you may request a refund. A detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence are required.
- Dissatisfaction with certain subscription types:
For certain subscription types, if the service does not meet your expectations or the experience falls short, you may request a refund. Supporting evidence is required, and the refund will be calculated from the remaining subscription period minus the processing fee.
1. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Unpaid orders: Orders that have not been paid for cannot be refunded.
- Any other reason not listed above: Situations not covered under "Refund Eligibility."
2. Refund Amount Calculation
Every refund request is subject to a refund processing fee:
A 4.5% fee plus a US$1 exchange-rate adjustment will be deducted. This portion is charged by the payment gateway.[ไพๆบ]
The refund is calculated as follows: order amount โ refund processing fee โ time used. (The processing fee varies depending on each payment provider's rates and specific refund rules.)
3. After Your Refund
Consequences of violating the refund policy:
If your refund request violates PremLogin's refund policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate action on your PremLogin account. Please consider carefully before requesting a refund.
All refunds are issued at PremLogin's sole discretion. Please make sure you fully understand and agree to the terms above before purchasing. If you run into any issues while using our services, we recommend contacting customer support first so we can help resolve them.
