1. Can I log in to Canva on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, you can log in to the same account on your phone, tablet, or computer. However, only one device can be in use at a time โ€” if you log in on another device, the original device may be signed out.

2. Does my Canva plan renew automatically?

No product on our site renews automatically. Once your plan expires, you will need to purchase again.

3. Why are my designs loading slowly or failing to save?

This is usually caused by an unstable network connection or a bloated browser cache. We recommend switching to a different network, clearing your browser cache, or logging in from a different browser.

4. Where are my personal files after joining the Canva team?

After you join the team, your personal account files are kept intact and will not disappear. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Canva to switch accounts and view them.
